What equipment do I need for a neighborhood cookout about 50 people?
This is my first outdoor grill and I have no idea of coals, I etc.I concerned about mosquitoes too, though I'll have about 4 pm when the sun goes down. Any information is appreciated.
Ask people to wear a specific style potluck items, so do not spend much money. Also, if people go to drink, make sure they bring as well. If you are grillling charcoal lighter fluid and obtain a burning coal (a metal container filled with newspaper that the embers of substance and light to get em started) Otherwise, no propane, especially if you have a lot of people. Go to buy things that do not cost a lot such as snacks, condiments, soft drinks. Also, if mosquitoes are a concern, buy citronella candles and torches backyard, to help you. Insect repellent is also always a good idea.

How to convert propane BBQ to natural gas line from inside the house?
I disassemble the unit and the size of the drill hole 0.0715 hole. "But the drive does not work correctly. The gas burner flame and now very little flame is like a ghost. I can barely see the uniqueness of the flame. How I can solve this problem?

Rib-eye prescription?
I have a killer ribeye steaks in the fridge and I'm thinking 'bout puttin' 'em in the oven and broil them. The thing is I do not know Jack about cooking a steak without a grill outdoors. Question …. What temperature? How long? What is the best condiment (nothing crazy just a little something to improve the flavor a bit)? I heard it is better to cook them frozen? Does anyone have a good idea? Nothing crazy just bid good, tasty beef, med. well. Nice brown in the slightly pink in the center and portions or "flavor.
Many of the really fine steak houses to (approximately) following: (I apparently do not have a covered grill, you can improvise using a skillet, preferably cast iron) 1. Preheat oven to 375f and place a rack central position. 2. Season the steaks liberally with salt and pepper and store in the refrigerator before cooking. 3. Get the hot skillet and heat only a little vegetable oil in it (do not use butter, it will burn). Place fillets in pan and cool on one side sear for about 3 minutes. Turn and repeat them side B. 3. Otherwise, you must use the test of "touch" or play by ear. 4. When steaks are done, transfer to plates hot and top with a tablespoon of chives or less butter and serve. Buon appetito! The advantage of this method is that the finished fillets relatively low temperature in the oven will give you great control over your kitchen, as opposed to continue to cook on hot grill or on a hot grill. You end up with a better and juicier steak cooked. From the cold fillets also attenuates the cooking time, which helps provide a better product. I used to cook meat all the time, until I learned this method. I also use it on my grill, simply using a hot area of the grill and a cooler area for parking to finish. Tips for grilling pizza?
Hello. I have been reviewing the recipes for thin pizza on a grill outdoors. There are many different opinions on how to do it. How do you make yours? I have half the typical propane grill road and probably used ham and green peppers one. Thanks topping you:)
You can do a couple of ways. 1) Cook indirect fire – Preheat the grill at the same time as normal and one of the burners off. Cook your pizza on that side to simmer in the other .. 2) Cook it on the warming rack to a simmer. I LOVE pizza on the grill. It gives the flavor of restaurant brick kilns. Bake in a sturdy pizza pan (not the holes in the bottom and not a clay stone) and the use of some type of pills or grilling chips smoker for even more flavor. It cautioned, however – once to eat pizza on the grill, do not touch the oven again! Enjoy!
